- Maximum LTV (loan to value) not to exceed 75%
- We do not provide construction costs financing
- Sponsor may use a “stated income” – We do not use a personal debt to income ratios. There is no global underwriting method
- Appraisal are completed by a national appraisal company that costs on average of $400 to $600/property
- 1 – 3% lender origination points – Paid at closing
- Property tax and property insurance escrows will be required to be set up
